Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, in all likelihood, would narrow
down his choice for the new party between Jai Samaikyandhra Party or
Samaikyandhra Parirakshana Samiti.
Highly-placed sources said the Chief Minister, after putting in his
papers, is likely to hold another round of consultations with his close
aides before formally announcing the new party.
“We have zeroed in on Jai Samaikyandhra Party and Samaikyandhra
Parirakshana Samiti, which reflects the aim of the Chief Minister’s
fight for united AP,” a top Congress leader, who has been closely
working towards formation of the party, told The Hindu on Sunday night.
